Chicken:
Nutro NATURAL CHOICE uses hormone-free Chicken, which is sourced from Tamworth in New South Wales. It is a high quality source of lean protein that helps to build strong muscles and keeps them in top working condition.
Nutro NATURAL CHOICE does not contain any chicken by-products such as heads, feet or intestines for superior digestibility, which means more nutrition for the pet and less wastage in the backyard.
Australian Lamb:
Lamb is a high quality source of lean protein, which is sourced from Goulburn in New South Wales. It helps to build strong muscles and keeps them in top working condition. Lamb is packed full of B Group Vitamins, Minerals and Essential Fatty Acids. The lamb used in
Nutro NATURAL CHOICE is pastorally fed.
Highly Digestible Rice:
Rice is a high quality source of carbohydrates, protein, fibre and is packed full of Vitamins and Minerals. Rice is the grain of choice in
Nutro NATURAL CHOICE as it is the most easily digested of all the grains and is the least likely to cause dietary upsets.
Wholesome Oatmeal:
Oatmeal is a good source of carbohydrates for stamina and energy, which is gentle on the stomach. Oatmeal is a natural grain that is rich in B Vitamins and Dietary Fibre. It's a good wholesome ingredient for good wholesome nutrition.
Sunflower Oil:
Sunflower oil is a rich source of the Omega 6 Fatty Acid called Linoleic Acid. Linoleic Acid is the only fatty acid that has been proven to improve skin and coat health. We add optimum levels of Linoleic Acid to Natural Choice to nourish the skin and help the coat shine.
Egg:
Egg is the "perfect protein". This means that it contains all of the essential amino acids in the exact proportions the body requires. It helps to build lean muscle and makes the coat shine. Whole Corn is hard for the body to break down and digest. The Corn that is used in
Nutro NATURAL CHOICE has had the carbohydrate component removed, leaving the only the protein component which makes it a nutritious, highly digestible ingredient.

Flax Seeds are rich in the essential Fatty Acids Omega 3 & 6. Omega 6 is a rich source of Linoleic Acid, for healthy skin and a shiny coat. Flax Seeds also provide soluble and insoluble fibre to help promote friendly bacteria in the intestinal tract, helping to keep disease-causing organisms at bay.
Kelp:

Tasmanian Salmon is a natural source of lean protein, which is high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids and packed full of Vitamins and Minerals. We source our Salmon from the cool, pristine waters of Tasmania. The Salmon that are used in Natural Choice are farmed in a sustainable manner with minimal impact on the environment such as over fishing.
Chicory Root:
Dried Chicory Root contains inulin, which encourages the growth of beneficial bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the gut, which helps nutrients to be digested. Chicory and Dried Beet Pulp are also added to the recipe to gently help hairballs pass through the body.
